The Senior for Christ have been meeting regularly on the last Thursday
of every month Ever since then, the members have been meting regularly
without fail.
The session starts with a morning of songs of praise led by one of our
ladies in the group with a short message given by Ven Raphael Samuel. We
have a short break were we adjourn to the canteen, for a cup of coffee.
The next session starts for a session of games and bible quiz where we
have great fun and enjoy ourselves.
A visit to the Botanical Garden by the Seniors of Christ as our outing
was an exciting experience. We had the privilege to spend our time
together in prayer and bible quiz conducted by Mrs Padmini Selwyn. We
are much thankful to our Office Secretary Rani and her husband who took
the trouble to help to cater for the lunch with chicken curry and rice.
Happiness and joy filled our hearts in the caring and sharing for one
another.
I would like to encourage all Senior for Christ to join in t his
fellowship. “Behold how god and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell
in unity” Psalm 133
