The 60th year in one's life is a great landmark of growth. As, we the parish, celebrated the Platinum Jubilee, first thank God for all His blessings to us and it's our duty to welcome you to join us in the glorious path following the Christ.

Acts 2:42-47 is a lightening summary of the earliest day of spiritual revolution. The first Christians put their effort into five things that gave them incredible power in their preaching, teaching, worship, communion and prayer. Let us take time to check ourselves through these verses.

The first Christians,

• had a huge impact on the community (v43)
• discovered a new sense of community (v44)
• championed the needs of the poor (v45)
• worshipped regularly as church and small groups (v46,47)
• were loved by the community (v42b)
• grew at phenomenal speed (v47c)
