This is to formally announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Parish of Christ Church
is scheduled to take place on Sunday,12 May 2024, at 1.30PM in our
Church Sanctuary. The Draft Electoral List is displayed on the notice board.
Kindly check and verify your names and contact the church office (During office
hours) for any enquires. LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED BEFORE THE AGM.

** A written notice of any motion for discussion at the AGM shall be submitted to the Honorary Secretary not later than 07 days before the AGM date. All written notices shall be sent to AGMQuestions@christchurch.org.sg by 5 May 2024, 7pm.

All Electoral Roll Members of Christ Church are encouraged to participate in the AGM 2024. As we come together, let us seek the Lord's grace to guide us in the entire conduct of this AGM.
